Following up the interests to work out Guidelines / Call 2 Action for Bike Messenger Companies / Events :

What to do in which situation?
Following a Guideline / Call 2 Action File, what is pro-active and unpleasant situations can be prevented and brings clarity by naming the issues in advance.

For that we would need to connect. Via a work platform.
How about collecting an email list and connect that via Slack / Google ?
